@Robbo1YNWA sounds good thanks for the advice…it was extremely hard to focus the first days because its just a horrifying feeling you get from such an experience…i was prescribed prozac and xanax by a doctor for them but i decided not to take them and continued figthing it without any pills…now i feel better and im glad i didnt take those pills because when it happens its very easy for you to lose hope…i just kept my faith and did my best to distract myself but thank you for the advice:D
@red88alert Yeah i have done, heart palps are very common after smoking. Its nothing to worry about, my advice is that if you get them again, just take some deep breaths, try the technique in this vid of speaking positively to yourself in your head, and eat or drink something sweet, then after about 10-20 mins you should feel fine again.
hi Wolf can you suggest some sites for the meditation techniques you were talking about below. This video has greatly helped (can never thank you enough), and i would like to take this to the next level of self awareness. Could you point me in the right direction re meditation? appreciate it.

unfortunately this dosn’t work on MY kind of anxiety. BVut there are a lot of sense here. It WILL probobly help most people. I’d say, about 90% ish…

Get someone to talk some sense into you and the anxiety will go away and you will realize you are worrying over nothing

i got it last year and im a freshmen in high school. i was in band pratices n i got it i thought i was gona die

a lady did Irodology on me… she said i had an adrenaline gland disorder. im sure that has something to do with my anxiety.

i can’t believe all these symptoms are in my head, i seriously feel like i’m gonna have a heart attack sometimes :/
