Love All The Glenn Herrold CD’s,
These CD’s are an easy listen filled with wonderfully phrased, motivational words. Glenn’s Australian accent is a pleasure to listen to. Places on the CD have music as well that accompanies the voice. I LOVE these CD’s and own most of them. If you live in the states you may hear an occassional terminology that is not common in the U.S. (Example, in the weight series he uses a weight measurement of a ‘stone’ which is a British term that represents 14 pounds). This happen rarely and certainly does not detract from the message presented in any of Glenn’s CD’s. You can’t really listen to these in the car as they are a little hypnotic so be sure you are in a stress free mind set and location when you listen to any of therse CD’s. I felt they were worth every penny.

|Makes me feel good,
I love the Glenn Harrold cds. I have this one, the self-confidence one, and Unleash Your True Potential. This one is my favorite because of the music in the background. However, i love all the cds by Glenn Harrold. A couple people talk about how Glenn’s accent takes some getting used to, but for me, his voice was comforting and soothing from the beginning. I have tried other hypnosis mp3s and i just didn’t like the voice so i couldn’t get into it. Glenn Harrold’s voice however is very soothing, and his accent actually helps.
Anyway, i seriously recommend this cd if you want to feel better about yourself, and be able to do what you want regardless of what other people may think or say about you. I’ve been listening to it twice a day for the past week, and I’ve actually been in such a great mood all week. I just feel better about myself and life in general. Seriously try this out! You have to keep with it though, at least for a week otherwise you’ll probably lose the effects. It’s a gradual thing. The more you listen to it, the more your subconscious replaces negative thoughts with positive ones, and you’ll stop sabotaging yourself. Give it a try!

This is probably my favorite cd by Glen Harrold. I like the wording and the music. The wording is general and does not ask the listener to do too much visualizing(especially track 2). In some of Harrolds other cds, he is too specific. For example, in the wealth cd Harrold describes in detail what a dream home looks like, however, it is not anything like what my dream home would look like so it’s hard to get into the hypnosis. I found this cd to be very relaxing.

As a mother of three girls ages 7, 9 and 10, as well as a full time Kids Activity Camp Supervisor of 80 kids
ages 5-12 to say I love this series is an understatement. I am constantly recommending it to parents to help their kids take some down time. I am a Parent/Child Pilates Instructor and know the importance of kids taking time to rejuvenate their minds body and soul.
I just finished listening to her newest CD, Indigo Dreams:Kids Relaxation Music Decreasing Stress, Anxiety and Anger, improve sleep, it is amazing!!!

PS These are extremely helpful with the start of school coming…my girls are always nervous and the CDs help them to relax so that they get good a nights sleep before the big day!!
