Denny, glad to hear it! I’ll be 29 this year, and just recently starting working the heavy bag in my spare time. Love this sport! I used to do a lot of TKD, kickboxing, and intro to Muay Thai. Hope to start training with a club if time permits… your videos have been a great inspiration and motivation. You’re a beast, dude. Thanks for the posts!

hey denny please keep making training videos . amateurs like me are very interested in it one day came tommy dix ( who got 50 year boxing experience ) to my gym and he told to my trainer that i’m a very good boxer( i heard it ) that i can become a great boxer and such videos like this can help me further. owyeah and i’m just 15 years old bye !
