Well, im 16 and I weigh alot..257lbs…I really cant take it anymore, I hate wearing clothes, going outside or even looking at myself…I have very low self esteem due to this and I really want it over with. Yesterday I got a facebook and saw all my old friends, they looked great! I rea.lly just want to meet a girl who likes me. Im funny and I have a great and gentile personality…I know girls are supposed to like me for who i am and stuff but i hate the way i look. So today i started my diet of drinking only water and eating good foods, im also going outside and playing basketball with my brother. I need tips to keep this mindset cause im also joining a gym in the summer with my cousin..Thanks every1

It looks like you’ve got the motivation already. It’s great to have a partner and to compete to lose weight, it’s much more fun and it inspires you to lose weight faster!
So before the summer gym you should get started too. Drink at least 8 to 12 glasses of water per day. Also you should eat a balanced diet. I’m going to post one below and it’s helped many people. Basketballing is great but make sure you do other sports to, also google exercises there really are some great ones. I hope it helps ![]()
Lose 10 KG Rules and Regulations:
1.Do not practice any type of sports before loosing 10 Kg.
2.You can cancel any part of the diet without replacing it.
3.Eat vegetables at any time and in open amount except Carrot.
4.Use salt in very minimal amount
5.Any oily food is prohibited
6.Prohibited fruits: Banana, Mango, Dates, Apricot and Grape.
7.Coffee and tea are allowed but free of sugar.
8.Drink 8-12 glass of water every day.
Week 1:
Breakfast (Applies to the whole week): Fat Free Milk + Teaspoon of Honey + 2 Toast and White Cheese +Half a glass of Orange or Grapefruit juice.
Day 1: Lunch = Salad without oil + Roasted Chicken Breast + Half Slice of Toast
Dinner = Vegetable Soup + Two Toasts and Yoghurt + Fruit
Day 2: Lunch =Boiled Rice +Boiled Chicken + Light Salad
Dinner =Fresh Juice + 2 Toast and White Cheese + 2 Fruits
Day 3: Lunch =Boiled Vegetables + Two Pieces of Steak + 2 Toast
Dinner =Tuna Salad + Two Toast + 1 fruit
Day 4: Lunch =Big Bowl of rice + Salad or Clabber
Dinner =Fat Free Milk + Any Type of Sweets + 1 Fruit
Day 5: Lunch = Tuna Salad + 2 Toasts
Dinner =1 boiled egg + Fresh Salad + 1 toast
Day 6: Lunch =Boiled Vegetables + Beef Steak + 1 Toast
Dinner = Fat Free Milk + 2 Toast and Yoghurt + 2 slices of Fruits
Day 7: Lunch =Roasted Chicken + Salad + Two Toasts
Dinner =Orange Juice + Two Toast and Cheese + Vegetables
Week 2:
Breakfast (Applies to Whole Week): Fresh Juice + Two Toast and Yoghurt + Vegetables
Day 1: Lunch =Beef Steak + Boiled Vegetables + Two Toast
Dinner = Salad made of Yoghurt and Cucumber + 2 Fruits
Day 2: Lunch =Pasta or any kind of Macaroni + Tomato Puree + Fresh Salad with Apple Cider
Dinner = Fat Free Milk or Fresh Juice + 2 Toast with White Cheese
Day 3: Lunch =Fresh Salad with Apple Cider + Roasted Chicken Breast + Two Toast
Dinner =Tuna Salad (No Oil) + 1 Apple
Day 4: Lunch = Any Meat + Boiled Vegetables + 2 Toast
Dinner = Fresh Salad + 2 Toast and Yoghurt + 1 Fruit
Day 5: Lunch =Grilled Fish and Lemon + Fresh Salad + 2 Toast
Dinner = Fresh Salad + 2 Toast and Yoghurt + 1 Fruit
Day 6: Lunch =Boiled Rice + Clabber
Dinner = Fresh Juice +Fat Free Milk or Fruit Salad
Day 7: Choose any meal from this week for Lunch and Dinner but it has to be from the same day.
Week 3:
Breakfast (Applies to the Whole Week): 2 Toasts and Tea Spoon of Yoghurt + Tea or Fat Free Milk
Day 1: Lunch =Fresh Salad (No Oil) + 2 Toasts
Dinner = Fruit Salad
Day 2: Lunch =2 Boiled Egg + Fresh Salad + Two Toasts
Dinner =White Cheese + 2 Toasts + One Fruit
Day 3: Lunch =One Piece of Grilled Steak + Boiled Vegetables
Dinner =2 Toast and White Cheese + Cucumber + 2 Pieces of Fruit
Day 4: Lunch =One Glass of Boiled Rice + Fresh Salad
Dinner =One Glass of Yoghurt and Cucumber + 1 Fruit
Day 5: Lunch =Roasted or Boiled Chicken + Fresh Salad
Dinner =Lettuce Salad + White Cheese + Two Toasts + One Fruit

ok well it sounds like you are on the correct path in starting to work out.. Have you seen the biggest looser?? If they can do it so can you,, so listen up::::: Start by watching your calories, write a journal everyday on what you eat(http://www.startyourdiet.com/),,, watch your intake or sugar, white bread and JUNK FOOD and processed foods.. Try lessoning the red meats, fatty foods fried in OIL,, use very little olive oil.. talk to your mom when she goes shopping… If you have a bike start riding for 30-45minutes a day, if you don’t have a bike walk 30-45minutes a day or take your dogs for a walk,, go to your local park and walk or to the local lake or beach,, just get out and do something… Ask your mom to by wheat bread not white, chicken baked is also very good.. NO FAST FOOD…. except subway,, wheat breads,,, look at the products on the packages before you put them in your mouth.. I love food too but I have had to change my whole way of eating at a late age,, thought I could keep the weight off just by working out in the military,, nope I changed my ways when it got to a point where I said F it look at me at one time 5feet 7inches at 200lbs almost and said I can’t stand it either,, so I bought a bike and gave up alot of things I like but gained a new knowledge of good food… now I am 40lbs lighter in about 6months and love it.. Try tuna in water, fresh veggies, fish slightly with olive oil,,, wheat bread and fruit,, soy milk and products,,, salads and PRIA and soy joy bars,, lots of water,, no soda either only maybe 1 or 2 cans of diet soda a day.. I try to keep busy at work and after work so I don’t think about food… There are alot of things you can do… Just try I know you can do it, get up off the couch and just go.. F your friends if they are teasing you,, you have to make up your mind you want this.. YOU Can DO IT, I know you can…. Do it together as a family, brothers and cousin’s help each other out… good luck in your NEW ADVENTURE,, keep trucking
Hi! My little brother is almost 16 and he just lost 60lbs in 7 months! He did the whole atkins thing which is when you don’t eat more than 20g of carbs a day so he would eat meat, cheese, eggs, green veggies, things like that! He never seemed hungry or tired and he took it off pretty quick so try it out!
