try taking your own moral inventory first, before pointing the finger and then you will learn alot more of your own predicament…
every human being on this planet has some mental sickness to a certain degree. And I would not suggest people go round self diagnosing people as Narcassists when it takes an expert to do that!!! the simple fact of two people who do not get on is more to do with Pride than anything else, and that most human’s are selfish to a degree. If we do not think of “Self” to a certain level then we would not survive on this earth…talking about N.P.D “If You can spot it, then You have got it”.
LOL, where do they get these “how to” people? Dr. so and so, you have no clue on how to deal with a narcissist so you your advice is just to ignore them? That’s very clever.
This is a great tip that I use with my narcissistic mother. BUT, incredibly, she will readily dismiss my attempts at “I agree with you on that…have you thought about this.” In fact, it tends to enrage her. wow Well, at least it does afford me some ability to express my thoughts, albeit temporary.
my mother has npd. I move 2000 miles away. she is moody, really nice one minute and then quits talking to me for weeks and I often wonder what I did. she always gets close around her birthday. she is snyde and hurtful. she love to vacation everywhere and in the last 3 years has not come to see here grandkids. it is typical and honestly I am getting tired of the whole thing.
Great info , but what is the deal with your eye browes, they point up. If there fake because you have alopecia, they should not point up. Not trying to be an asshole, but they look like Spock. Just trying to help like yourself.

At 0.15 and at 1.05 you talk about Narcissists in an incorrect manner. The rest of the clip is good advice. But to say that a Narcissist is “all about themselves” is misleading and incorrect.
It is important to understand that they hate and avoid the self and the personality on show is totally fake and an empty shell.
The optimum advice is to move jobs if it is possible.

I like the agreeing with superiors tidbit. If you can’t possibly avoid contact non-resistance is the way to go. If you can avoid the person do so….or better yet, release them entirely. Let go and grow.
