I run since I am a teenager and somethimes it was not always easy to go through, but I am always motivated. These uplifting running quotes and motivational sayings make things much more easier and I have now always a better more postive outlook before I go to my next run. Love it!

The very first quote is powerful for runners (by M. Robinson). It above all else helps frame the book and YOU. Because as I like to sa, you are not as good as your LAST race, you are only as good as your NEXT race. You will be surprised at the inspiration you receive here because most doesn’t come from runners! Yet, most came from those before us who finished the “race” so to speak as winnings: From Henry Ford and Walt Disney to Michael Jordan and Winston Churchill, the POWER of these quotes comes from the fact that they are NOT all specifically RUNNING-related… and yet they are in that as a runner I can be better as I keep them in mind.
